2006 MASONIC SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PDF

Each scholarship applicant should:
1. Complete the application form, provide his or her Social Security number and sign the form. Please type or print neatly.
2. Have an association with a Masonic body or have a living Masonic relative.
3. Be a resident of the Grand Forks area and be a senior in high school or a college
4. freshman at the time of application.
5. Provide a letter of recommendation. Such a recommendation should support the good character of the applicant and the community service of the applicant. (This letter may be from such sources as teachers, adult advisory board members, youth service organizations, ministers, or others.)
6. Provide an official transcript from his or her educational institution. The applicant should have a high school grade point average not less that 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
7. Note that awarding of a scholarship will not be based strictly on financial need.
8. Mail the application, transcript and recommendation letter to arrive no later than April 25, 2006 to:
